Privacy and media policy

Most of the players we film are keiki. Here is how we keep them safe.

Youth player policy

• First name and jersey number only. That is all we ever use to identify a youth player. No last names, schools, ages, hometowns, or other details that could identify a child.
• No schedules next to players. We never post a player alongside a future game, practice time, or practice location.
• Private by default. Full games and photos go to the family or team that booked, by private link.
• No location data in photos. We strip GPS and camera data from every photo we deliver.
• Fast removals. If you want something taken down, ask and we will act on it quickly.

Information we collect

This website does not use forms, cookies, or tracking. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and plan your shoot. We do not sell your information.

Media consent

When you book, we ask you to confirm that the team or league is okay with filming. Coaches and organizers should let families know a camera will be on the sideline.

Removal requests

Parents, players, and coaches can ask us to remove or hide any video or photo. Email hello@sideline808.com with a link to the content and we will follow up.
